The attractive resort of Tenby is probably the prettiest seaside town in Wales

rivalling places like Mevagissey and Polperro for quaintness and charm with its'

pastel coloured buildings and 'olde World' narrow streets. Tenby (or Dinbych y

Pysgod in Welsh) was established by the Normans as a fortified town and indeed

most of the old town walls remain guarded by the Castle ruins. The delightful

harbour is home to many pleasure craft and the town offers excellent shopping

along with traditional pubs and cosy eateries.

Our base in Tenby is once again the privately owned Grade 11 listed CLIFFE

NORTON hotel, ideally situated in an enviable position above the lush cliff

gardens and just a two minute walk to the town centre. The Cliffe Norton features

a comfortable lounge, quiet reading room and restaurant serving local food and

there is entertainment on most evenings. All bedrooms are fully en suite and

feature t.v and hospitality tray. There is a passenger lift but please note some

stairs on each floor make the hotel unsuitable for the very elderly.

Our Turkey & Tinsel themed break features festively themed meals and

evening entertainment each night. Proposed events include bingo, quizzes

and a fancy dress competition.
