These begin at TW's depot approximately 25 minutes earlier than the departure time from Newark Bus Station. Cancellations/Refunds: When a passenger gives advance notice of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances ie: illness then a credit note will be issued in the following amounts: 7 days or more notice 90%, 0 - 6 days notice 50%.
